Job summary

ESFM is seeking a BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER to lead the integrated facilities services on a regulated life sciences manufacturing campus. You will oversee Office Services, Shipping & Receiving, Hazardous Materials Shipping, Regulated Logistics, Mailroom Operations, Housekeeping, Workplace Services, Pest Control, and Vendor Management programs to ensure safe, compliant, and performance-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading regulated shipping, hazardous materials transportation, and logistics operations.
• Experience managing Integrated Pest Management programs and vendor compliance.
• Proven success managing large teams, vendor partnerships, and compliance-driven operations.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, Quality Systems, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, labor planning, and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office and reporting tools.
