PerkinElmer's Project Farma is seeking a PMO - Manager to lead capital projects up to $5M TIC within regulated life sciences spaces. This full-time role requires travel to client sites and a strong focus on delivery, quality, and customer relationships.

You will mentor project managers, drive governance, and ensure alignment with business objectives while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of capital project experience, 3 in a regulated industry.
• Experience leading projects in the $500k–$2M TIC range.
• Willingness to travel domestically for client projects.
• PMP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑functional project teams across engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, governance, and controls.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while complying with regulatory and quality standards.
• Mentor and evaluate project managers and engineers; interface with client leadership.
• Report to leadership and coordinate with EPC/EPCM partners and vendors.
