• Experience preparing accurate, professional documentation and presentations for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executive collateral creation: status decks, steering committee presentations, leadership readouts, and one-pagers.
• Maintain recurring executive presentations with updates and version control.
• Ensure collateral aligns with templates, messaging standards, and governance.
• Consolidate project updates, risks, milestones, decisions into concise content.
• Manage organized repositories of executive decks, templates, and summaries.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews and leadership meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve clarity and efficiency of collateral processes.
