Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to create and maintain executive-level collateral and presentations. You will partner with the project management team to translate updates into concise, leadership-ready materials that support decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

This role emphasizes executive communication, presentation development, documentation consistency, and collateral governance, with opportunities to drive improvements across processes

Qualifications

  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience creating executive-level materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create executive-facing project materials, including status decks and executive summaries.
  • Maintain recurring executive presentations with updated content and visuals.
  • Ensure all collateral is accurate, consistent, and aligned to templates and messaging standards.
  • Consolidate project updates, risks, milestones, and key messages into executive-ready content.
  • Maintain organized repositories of decks, summaries, and historical readouts.
  • Support template creation, formatting guidelines, and reporting structures.
  • Prepare materials for executive reviews and leadership meetings with strict deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency of collateral.

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will be dedicated to the creation, maintenance, and quality control of executive-level project collateral and presentations. This role will partner closely with the project management team to convert project information into clear, accurate, visually polished, and leadership-ready materials that support executive visibility, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment. This position primary focus is executive communication, presentation development, documentation consistency, and collateral governance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Executive Collateral Creation: Create executive-facing project materials, including status decks, steering committee presentations, leadership readouts, executive summaries, project one-pagers, milestone updates, and decision-support materials.

  • Presentation Development and Maintenance: Maintain recurring executive presentations by updating content, refreshing visuals, validating formatting, ensuring version control, and preparing materials for leadership meetings.

  • Document Quality Control: Ensure all executive collateral is accurate, consistent, visually polished, and aligned to established templates, messaging standards, and leadership communication expectations.

  • Content Consolidation: Partner with project managers to gather project updates, risks, milestones, decisions, and key messages, then translate the information into concise, executive-ready content.

  • Collateral Library Management: Maintain organized repositories of executive decks, templates, project summaries, historical readouts, and supporting materials to ensure content is easily accessed, reused, and updated.

  • Template and Standards Governance: Support the development and maintenance of standard templates, formatting guidelines, reporting structures, and presentation standards for project management collateral.

  • Meeting Material Preparation: Prepare and finalize materials for executive reviews, steering committees, portfolio updates, and stakeholder presentations, ensuring content is ready for distribution by required deadlines.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the clarity, consistency, visual quality, and efficiency of executive project collateral and presentation processes.

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate, professional documentation, reports, or presentations for business stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous experience as a project coordinator, project administrator, PMO analyst, executive assistant supporting project work, or similar role is highly desirable

  • Experience developing executive-facing presentations, project status reports, dashboards, or leadership meeting materials

  • Experience working in partnership with project managers or cross-functional project teams
