Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office in Denver. You’ll own board materials, set the operating rhythm, and shape AI-enabled workflows that streamline senior-level operations.

You will collaborate with Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering to drive cross-functional initiatives. You will translate strategic goals into structured programs, shepherd ambiguous projects, and partner with executives to ensure timely, decision-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Systematic thinker who designs repeatable processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels, including board audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail.
• Comfortable with data, ad hoc analysis, and turning insights into recommendations.
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs and translate goals into a clear narrative.
• Coordinate annual planning inputs into aligned company goals and plans.
• Prepare ELT Strategy Days and ensure follow-through on decisions.
• Own end-to-end preparation of board materials with data support.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board reporting metrics.
