Job summary

Fivetran, based in Oakland, seeks a senior leader to direct Workplace & Engagement for our 10 global locations and remote workforce. You will shape strategy, oversee offices and events, and ensure an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll scale the team, partner with Finance on budgets, and drive cross-country workplace initiatives while traveling as needed to foster belonging and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workplace, facilities, or office management.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Global multi-location office portfolio experience.
• Strong budgeting and collaboration with Finance.
• Leadership in experience design or culture-building programs.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for workplace experiences across 10 locations globally.
• Lead a team of workplace professionals across geographies.
• Direct and optimize office space strategy, including serviced options.
• Drive the global employee experience calendar and events strategy.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance reviews across sites.
• Monitor attendance and workplace metrics to inform business decisions.
