Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to achieve territory sales goals by building strong customer relationships and delivering compliant product education.

You will partner with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive access, reimbursement, and value. You will develop territory plans, tailor education, and collaborate with managed markets, operations, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 1–2 years of pharma/healthcare sales; neuroscience preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare sales for Sr Specialist; 12+ years for Executive Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant education.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and advocacy groups.
• Address questions and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor sales aids and resources to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Guide pricing, reimbursement, and distribution discussions.
• Track sales activities and expenses in a timely manner.
• Represent Acadia at conferences and trainings; attend meetings as required.
• Mentor new sales specialists and contribute to cross‑functional projects.
