Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare/pharma sales experience, neuroscience preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare sales for executive level; 2+ years in complex selling for Sr.

Aufgaben

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant education.
• Develop territory business plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders.
• Address questions and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids, clinical materials, and resources to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Guide on pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels for access.
• Track and report sales activities and expenses timely.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibits, and trainings; travel as required.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists; contribute to cross-functional projects.
