Job summary

You will develop a territory plan, tailor sales materials, collaborate with managed markets and operations, and represent Acadia at conferences and trainings. Requires 3 years pharma sales with neuroscience emphasis and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of neuroscience disease states and Acadia products.
• Ability to influence diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant product education.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders, and advocacy organizations.
• Address customer questions and objections using advanced dialogue and selling skills.
• Tailor sales aids and resources to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Guide on product pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels for access.
• Track and report sales activities and expenses in a timely manner.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibits, and trainings; participate in meetings as required.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists and contribute to cross-functional projects.
