Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to achieve sales within a defined territory by building relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering compliant product education. You will develop territory plans, address inquiries, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

The role requires deep neuroscience knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, life sciences preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare, neuroscience preferred.
• 8+ years healthcare sales for Sr Specialist; 12+ years for Executive level.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with clinical and reimbursement information.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and advocacy organizations.
