Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks an experienced pharma meeting program manager to serve as a primary liaison for executive-level meetings with a global pharmaceutical client. You will manage timelines, contracts, budgets, and billing, coordinate with suppliers, and present to C-suite stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Travel up to 25-40% may be required. CMP designation and a 4-year degree are preferred; strong Excel/Word and CVENT experience are recommended

Qualifications

• 5-7 years pharma meeting planning experience with at least 3 years supporting Executive level/C-Suite meetings.
• 4-year degree preferred; CMP designation preferred.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and expertly with C-Suite level clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish program timelines with client and suppliers to ensure timely handling of all details.
• Run program from contract turnover to final billing using our PM system.
• Negotiate hotel, DMC, air and third-party contracts; monitor attrition and cancellation policies.
