Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to lead the coordination of small to mid-sized group meetings from booking through execution. You will be the primary client contact, ensuring all details are communicated across hotel departments with impeccable service.

The role offers growth within the sales team, exposure to catering and CS, and opportunities to advance toward senior leadership within our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications.

Responsibilities

• Build excellent relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate short-term business for the hotel.
• Book and detail small, short-term group business; oversee small group rooming lists; create contracts, group resumes, and BEOs.
• Work under the Director of Sales and align with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution.
• This role is a strong entry point into the sales discipline, with potential to advance toward Director of Sales or national roles.
