Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate short-term business.
• Book and detail small group business; oversee small group rooming lists; create contracts, group resumes and BEOs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure clear communication and flawless execution.
• Learn and grow within sales, catering, CS, and hotel operations for career progression.
