Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to drive group business opportunities and oversee event execution across our portfolio of luxury properties. You will build and maintain client relationships with planners, plan all meeting details, and coordinate with Banquets, Operations, and other departments to ensure flawless events.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field, 2+ years in hotel sales or convention services, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is required.
• 2+ years in hotel sales, convention services, catering and/or hotel operations.
• Delphi experience would be helpful.
• Experience in a luxury resort setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual & team room night goals.
• Manage budgets to maximize revenue and upsell products/services.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers (sales calls, events, site inspections).
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of meetings and events (room setup, A/V, catering, guestroom needs).
• Collaborate with Banquets, Operations, Resort Services, and vendors to ensure flawless events.
