Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to drive group sales and event execution in our Miami market. You will proactively prospect, qualify and close group opportunities while partnering with clients and planners to customize events within defined parameters.

In this role you will coordinate all aspects of meetings, collaborate with Banquets, Operations and outside vendors, and lead a team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences while achieving revenue and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent education/experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of hotel sales, convention services, catering and/or hotel operations experience.
• Delphi experience would be helpful.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort setting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds individual & team room night goals.
• Plans and coordinates all aspects of meetings and events, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, catering and guestroom needs.
• Partners with Banquets, Operations, Resort Services, outside vendors, and other critical departments to ensure flawless event execution.
• Builds and maintains client relationships with clients and event planners; proactively prospects and closes group opportunities.
