Job summary

Live! Hotel is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to expand high-value client relationships and secure new group business that drives revenue growth.

You will lead with strategic insight, prospecting, and tailored proposals to maximize revenue while upholding luxury standards. You will work with the Director of Sales, participating in trade shows and organizational activities to maintain visibility and reach sales targets.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of five years of hotel group/conference sales experience.
• Exceptional prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Mid-Atlantic region business is preferred.
• Direct experience with groups: Corporate, Association, SMERF, Catering Events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an account base to achieve revenue goals through proactive sales and timely client communications.
• Support Director of Sales in implementing a sales action plan for market segments, including prospecting, outside calls, site tours, trips, trade shows, and entertainment.
• Conduct sales calls, trade shows, and travel as needed; driving may be required.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure high-quality service and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and act as a resource for other Sales Managers.
