SHI International Corp. in New Jersey is seeking an AV Engineer to provide frontline support for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and the Executive Briefing Center.

You will troubleshoot audio, video, display, and connectivity issues, and help ensure meetings run smoothly for employees, clients, and executives. This role requires 3–5 years of AV experience, an associate’s degree or equivalent work history, and comfort with platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Completed Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience in educational, customer service, or hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level break/fix support for conference room technology and collaboration spaces.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, display, camera, microphone, and connectivity issues.
• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for presentations and meetings, including executive briefings.
• Log, update, track, and resolve incidents through the Help Desk ticketing system; escalate when needed.
• Assist with maintenance, serviceability checks, and preventive maintenance of AV systems.
