The ideal candidate will have sales development experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. The role offers a base salary of $55,000-$70,000 and an additional $20,000 in commissions for achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales development, business development, or outbound lead generation.
• Proven experience with outbound cold calling and high-volume prospecting activity.
• Ability to understand and articulate business challenges across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and email.
