Job summary

Meta’s People Development Leadership Development team seeks a seasoned Leadership Development Business Partner to drive strategic leader and team development across the company. You will diagnose systemic leadership needs, design bespoke development experiences, and coach executive leaders to grow capacity and impact.

This role partners with HR and cross‑functional teams to embed development in a scalable, connected ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership development or organizational effectiveness experience.
• 5+ years in L&D, OD, or leadership development functions.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis, including 360 design/debrief and organizational analysis.
• Experience designing and facilitating bespoke development experiences for executives and leadership teams.
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations.
• Proven partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver bespoke development experiences grounded in diagnosis and tied to business outcomes.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF credentialed methods and frameworks.
• Share insights across Meta through rotational deployment and enterprise-wide perspectives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on intake, scoping, and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and resources.
• Support organizational and work environment transformation through change management expertise.
• Stay current with leadership research and AI-driven organizational dynamics.
