This Leadership Development Business Partner role focuses on strategic leader and team development, partnering with HR and business leaders to scale development and transform organizations through change, AI, and growth programs to unlock organizational impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design/debrief and organizational analysis.
• Experience designing and facilitating bespoke executive development interventions grounded in data.
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations at scale.
• Proven track record of partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions connected to business outcomes.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology with 1:1 coaching.
• Share insights across Meta using a rotational deployment model.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to plan intake, scope, and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and related growth programs.
• Support organizational change initiatives including AI transformation with leadership capability focus.
• Stay current with research and practices in leadership, team dynamics, and organizational health.
