Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive searches across the company. You will own Director-level and above hiring for every part of the business: GTM, Corporate Functions, and Product & Technology.

This is a full-cycle, high-visibility role partnering with senior leaders, running searches from intake to offer, and helping define a consistent executive search process across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition including 4+ years in Director-level or executive search.
• Proven track record closing senior hires across GTM, Corporate Functions and Product & Technology.
• Experience in-house at high-growth tech or SaaS, or at retained executive search firm.
• Strong direct sourcing and engagement of passive senior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director, Senior Director, VP and C-suite roles across GTM, Corporate Functions and P&T.
• Define role success, leadership competencies, compensation range, and target talent pools.
• Build search strategies, market maps, and pipelines with competitor intel and passive candidates.
