Job summary

Versapay is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our TA function and shape how we find, assess, and hire the people driving our growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the recruiting team and partner with executives to bring the right people into the right roles.

This hands-on leadership role demands building a scalable function, driving quality of hire, and delivering strategic talent insights in a high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or similar environments.
• Proven track record building scalable recruiting programs.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach to talent decisions.
• Executive and critical-role hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise talent acquisition strategy with the CPO and executive leadership.
• Lead quality of hire end-to-end, partnering with business leaders on critical and executive searches.
• Build strong pipelines for high-priority roles and enable timely, informed decisions by hiring managers.
• Coach and develop the recruiting team, setting priorities, capacity plans, and performance standards.
