Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Leadership Development Facilitator to design and deliver leadership programs from new managers to senior executives. You will facilitate in person and virtual sessions, partner with business leaders to diagnose needs, and connect learning to strategy and outcomes.

This role emphasizes consulting, design, and impact measurement across the enterprise. You will shape solutions, lead sessions, and help raise the standard for facilitation while developing others and advancing

Qualifications

Eight or more years of learning & development, HR, or business experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience facilitating for senior or executive audiences.
Comfort using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Fluency in virtual facilitation tools and hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact leadership experiences in person and virtually.
Partner with executives and HR leaders to diagnose needs and connect learning to business outcomes.
Shape learning solutions through needs analysis, design and enhancement.
Measure learner feedback and survey data to refine delivery.
Own session readiness including rosters, technology, materials and communications.
Develop yourself and others through observation and coaching cycles.
