Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Leadership Development Facilitator to design and deliver leadership programs for leaders from new managers to executives, in person and virtually.

You will partner with business line executives to diagnose needs, design solutions, and connect learning to business strategy and outcomes, while owning session readiness and coaching cycles. This role requires 8+ years in facilitation, willingness to work in-office 3+ days per week and travel up to 25%, with strong executive

Qualifications

• Proven experience facilitating leadership programs for senior/executive audiences.
• Executive presence and credibility to challenge leaders' thinking.
• Ability to connect learning to strategy, performance and results.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders on learning design.
• Comfort using data/feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in virtual facilitation and hybrid delivery.
• Learning agility and quick content absorption with confidence.
• 8+ years in facilitation, learning or training, including senior audiences.
• Willingness to work in-office 3+ days per week and travel up to 25%.
• Deep understanding of facilitation as a craft and adult learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact leadership experiences in person and virtual.
• Partner with executives and HR leaders to diagnose needs and tailor solutions.
• Shape learning solutions and contribute to design and enhancement.
• Own session readiness: rosters, technology, materials and communications.
• Measure and improve impact using learner feedback and data.
