Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Leadership Development Facilitator to design and deliver learning experiences that empower leaders from new managers to senior executives. You will lead in-person and virtual workshops, partnering with business line executives to diagnose needs and align solutions with strategy.

Join a team that values facilitation craft, data-informed improvement, and robust collaboration with HR and executives. In-office presence is required 3+ days per week, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership development or management training experience, incl. executive audiences.
• Strong presence with the credibility to challenge leaders respectfully and guide behavior change.
• Experience designing, consulting, and delivering learning solutions aligned to business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enterprise programs and custom leader sessions in person and virtually.
• Diagnose needs with senior stakeholders and connect learning to business outcomes.
• Shape learning solutions through needs analysis, design, and enhancement of facilitator guides.
• Ensure programs land with leaders via debriefs and actionable activities.
• Measure impact using feedback, surveys, and observations to improve delivery.
• Oversee session readiness: rosters, tech, materials, and communications for smooth execution.
• Develop self and others through coaching cycles and sharing best practices.
