Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to be part of the Leadership Development team. You will diagnose leadership and team effectiveness, design bespoke development experiences, and coach executives using ICF-credentialed methods.

The role emphasizes cross-company intelligence, partnerships with HR, and connecting leadership programs to business outcomes. You will support large-scale change, including AI transformation, and bring current research and external perspectives to

Qualifications

ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required.
Mastery in leader and team diagnosis (360 design/debrief, team assessment, organizational analysis).
Experience designing/facilitating bespoke leadership development for executives and teams.
Experience in complex, multicultural, global organizations.
Proven ability to partner with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using diagnostic methods.
Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed method and 1:1 coaching.
Share insights across Meta using a rotational deployment model.
Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners.
Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem.
Support organizational change and AI-related transformation with change management.
Stay current with leadership research and AI implications for leadership.
