Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant depth in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• Excellent diagnostic design using 360s, interviews, and data analysis.
• Ability to design and facilitate bespoke development experiences grounded in data.
• Experience coaching executives using ICF-aligned methodology.
• Proven ability to partner with HR and business leaders across a global organization.
• Experience navigating complex, multicultural, and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level with evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions aligned to business outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 executive coaching rooted in the ICF framework.
• Share insights across Meta via rotational deployment and enterprise-wide patterns.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to scope and deliver engagements with candor and trust.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and resources.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including AI-related transformations.
• Stay at the cutting edge of leadership development practices and AI's impact.
