The ideal candidate will have 15–20+ years in underwriting, strong leadership, and the ability to travel across North America to meet with customers, agents, and brokers.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of insurance underwriting experience across home office and field environments.
• Strong knowledge of surety products and underwriting disciplines.
• Proven leadership of high-performing cross-functional teams and talent development.
