Ryan Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead integrated delivery across Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Engineering, Scheduling, QA/QC and Sustainability.

This executive role reports to the Chief Construction Officer and focuses on scalable workflows and client value. You will mentor leaders, build a culture of empowerment, drive innovation with AI and digital tools, and ensure profitability by improving estimates and performance across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide workflows and integrated delivery.
• Strong knowledge of AI, BIM/VDC, automation, reality capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic alignment of construction services across departments.
• Drive standardized, scalable workflows and data-enabled decision making.
• Develop leadership and training programs for field and office roles.
• Champion adoption of AI, automation and digital workflows to improve quality and cost predictability.
• Oversee QA/QC, scheduling, and sustainability initiatives.
