The role requires 15+ years in construction leadership, a strong MBA (preferred), and exceptional communication to drive innovation and growth across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in leadership in construction operations with enterprise workflows.
• Strong executive presence and communication across matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of project controls, VDC, scheduling, QA/QC, and sustainability.
• Define vision for end-to-end construction services and drive AI/automation adoption.
• Develop training programs and mentor leaders to build a strong pipeline.
