Job summary

Worley Group, Inc in Austin, Texas is seeking a Senior Project Director - Power to lead mega-scale power projects across the full lifecycle. You will drive strategic delivery, govern complex contracts, and coordinate global teams to meet safety, schedule, and cost objectives.

You will shape delivery strategies, advance integrated project delivery, and strengthen client relationships while promoting sustainable outcomes and value creation across assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale EPC/EPCM power projects.
• Engineering or related degree; professional registrations preferred.
• Experience in multinational/multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across large and mega power projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and sustainable delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project controls, quality, contracts, and HSE.
• Drive safety, operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement integrated project execution strategies for delivery certainty and lifecycle value.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, forecasting, cost management and risk.
• Champion data-centric execution methodologies and digital project systems.
