Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Director in Houston, TX to lead major EPC/LNG projects. The role requires directing project teams, managing scope, schedule and budget, and ensuring contract compliance across complex programs.

Ideal candidates have extensive project leadership experience in EPC/EPCM, LNG, offshore, or power generation, and are capable of delivering high-risk projects with strategic impact for clients.

Qualifications

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline.
• Professional registration in local jurisdiction; IPMA/PMI certifications.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading large and mega projects; EPCM/EPC including joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent decisions for long-range planning and technical direction on large projects.
• Oversees implementation of strategic programs and policies for groups at regional scale.
• Assigns project work and provides technical guidance to project teams on mega projects.
• Exhibits expert understanding of systems, processes and tools; mentors others in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• May be involved in the development of new systems and processes; skilled in Visio and Access.
