Job summary

Worley is seeking a proven project leader to deliver large, complex mining projects, including brownfield and greenfield developments with major capital and infrastructure components. You will define goals, develop strategies, and manage through project leads and senior teams while ensuring compliance with Worley policies and client contracts.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and applying broad delivery knowledge for successful outcomes in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Professional registration in local jurisdiction preferred; certification from PM organizations (PMI/IPMA/APM/AIPM) preferred.
• Extensive mining project management experience in EPCM/EPC delivery environments and site assignments.
• Experience leading large/mega mining projects with elevated technical, commercial, and execution risk.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent decisions and recommendations on large-size projects, with long-range planning and technical direction.
• Operates with broad management authority and ensures delivery aligns with customer standards.
• Assigns project work, provides technical guidance, and evaluates performance of team members.
• Leads project teams through senior project leads or managers and may serve as Proposal Manager for large projects.
