Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead major power generation projects from planning through execution in a fast-paced, high-visibility role in the United States. You will drive field strategies that deliver predictable results, influence site performance, and advance sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• 15+ years leading complex power/energy construction programs.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, schedule, cost and workforce performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution across major power projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop integrated site delivery plans translating strategy into actions.
• drive safety, quality, productivity, schedule adherence and cost control.
• Provide leadership to construction managers, area managers and site teams.
• Ensure alignment with customer objectives and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, controls and commissioning teams.
• Support workforce planning, contractor management and resource allocation.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in delivery.
