Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior-level engineer to establish project framework and direct multi-discipline execution. The role ensures safe, sustainable engineering alongside quality, cost and schedule delivery by the engineering team.

You will coordinate disciplines, manage change, and drive issue resolution with customers and suppliers, while mentoring staff and supporting performance reviews and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with local governing body where required by law.
• Strong cross-discipline coordination and scheduling experience.
• Experience in project management, risk management, quality, procurement or construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard corporate tools.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the project framework and directs execution for one large or several smaller projects.
• Ensure safe, sustainable engineering, quality, cost and schedule delivery by the engineering team.
• Coordinate disciplines, manage change, and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Mentor teams, support performance reviews, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Facilitate data gathering, technical studies, and final documentation creation.
• Support business development activities and proposal development as needed.
