Job summary

Genesis Technical & Industrial Staffing seeks a Construction Director – Mega Power Projects to lead on-site construction for a major power generation EPC program in Houston, TX. This senior role reports to executive stakeholders and drives governance, planning, safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a multi-discipline site with cogeneration and advanced power tech.

Qualifications

20+ years of construction leadership in power generation or major capital projects.
Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent experience.
Strong project controls, scheduling, and digital construction knowledge.
Experience as senior construction leader on large EPC/EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for all site construction activities.
Lead execution strategies for large-scale power projects including cogeneration.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, regulators, and contractors.
Ensure delivery on safety, schedule, budget, and contract requirements.
Develop integrated construction plans and site delivery methodologies.
Oversee workforce planning and contractor management.
