Job summary

Worley is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex EPC/EPCM initiatives, including LNG, Offshore, Topsides, and Power Generation projects. The role involves directing project goals, aligning with contractual obligations, and driving cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree, PM certification, and extensive experience managing large-scale, high-risk programs in multi-national environments.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field; professional registration in local jurisdiction; PM certification (IPMA, PMI, APM, or similar).
• Demonstrated supervisory and project management experience; EPCM/EPC assignments; multi-national environments.
• Experience leading large or mega projects with high risk; complex commercial engagements and joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent decisions and recommendations for long-range planning and project direction.
• Oversees project scope, timelines, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
• Assigns project work and provides technical guidance to team members; evaluates performance when needed.
• Uses broad knowledge of systems and processes; can teach and guide others; organizes information per policies.
