Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Director to join the Executive Team, overseeing all back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will lead the kitchen leadership team, mentor staff, and build systems that ensure food safety, quality, speed, and guest satisfaction.

This senior role requires a leader of leaders who drives continuous improvement, coaches junior leaders, and manages costs, KPIs, and operations with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen or food service operation in a Director/Manager role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to manage diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Dependable, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Lead by example in a team environment.
• Demonstrated success managing food costs and KPIs.
• High integrity and servant-leadership approach.
• Ability to lift and move 30 pounds.
• Creative, flexible, and proactive problem-solver.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Chick-fil-A experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Lead all kitchen operations, including scheduling, labor stewardship, production, and daily execution.
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met and embedded in team culture.
• Manage food quality, food costs, throughput, and speed of service.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for junior kitchen leaders and team members.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and make confident, timely decisions.
• Oversee inventory management, food truck operations, and facilities coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and team performance.
