Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Director to join the Executive Team, overseeing all back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will lead the kitchen leadership team, mentor staff, and build systems that ensure food safety, quality, speed, and guest satisfaction.

This senior role requires a leader of leaders who drives continuous improvement, coaches junior leaders, and manages costs, KPIs, and operations with integrity.

Kitchen Director (Executive Leadership Role)

We are seeking an experienced and high-capacityKitchen Directorto join our Executive Team. This senior leader will oversee all back-of-house operations in a fast pace high-volume restaurant environment, ensuring excellence in food safety, quality, team performance, and operational execution. This is senior level position and is a leader of leaders while still being hands on.

This role is critical to our success—you will directly lead, manage, coach, and develop our kitchen leadership team and team members while building systems that support speed, accuracy, and an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations, including scheduling, labor stewardship, production, and daily execution
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met and embedded in team culture
