Job summary

Chick-fil-A Deptford is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join the senior leadership team. You will lead kitchen operations, develop team members, and own performance outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will work closely with directors and the General Manager to uphold Chick-fil-A standards, drive excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role offers growth opportunities across leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or kitchen leadership experience.
• Experience managing operations in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Working knowledge of food safety, food quality, inventory, and labor management.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values of service, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Excellence: maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness and kitchen execution to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Develop High-Performing Teams: coach kitchen leaders and support a 30+ person team.
• Improve Systems and Processes: identify challenges and implement sustainable improvements.
• Drive Business Results: monitor costs, inventory, labor, and productivity for profitability.
• Collaborate Across Departments: partner with directors and GM to reach restaurant goals.
