Chick-fil-A Hays is seeking a Back of House Director to lead the kitchen operations, uphold food safety, and develop a high-performing team focused on consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will optimize workflows, manage inventory and costs, coach staff, and ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A’s standards while fostering a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP/ServSafe guidelines.
• Ability to manage inventory, costs, and workflow while maintaining quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead BOH team to achieve excellence in performance and teamwork.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, quality control, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A standards for food safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and waste to drive profitability and stewardship.
• Partner with Operations leadership to align FOH and BOH activities.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and succession planning.
