Links Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician III to provide high-level desktop, software, and networking support, including executive-facing assistance during meetings and presentations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional communication with leadership, and the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. The position is onsite in Englewood, CO, with a 40-hour workweek on a contract basis of 12 months or more.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong experience troubleshooting desktop/laptop computers, hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of computers, printers, drivers, VPN technologies, RSA, video conferencing (VTC), and related peripherals.
• Proven ability to support senior executives and communicate professionally with leadership.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Experience managing small IT projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining technical knowledge and staying current with industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for desktop and laptop computers, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer systems and related equipment.
• Deliver hands-on technical support to executives during high-level meetings, presentations, and business activities.
• Troubleshoot video teleconferencing (VTC), collaboration tools, connectivity, and audiovisual technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, VPN, network, printer, driver, and peripheral issues.
• Support VPN technologies, RSA authentication, and related IT security tools.
• Evaluate employee technology requirements and recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and executive stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Manage small IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and technical improvements.
• Maintain current knowledge of IT standards, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Take ownership of technical issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
