Job summary

PRI Technology is seeking a VIP/Executive IT Support Engineer in Midtown Manhattan to support a select executive team. You will handle L2/L3 tickets, manage Outlook/Teams/OneDrive, and ensure secure, seamless communications for eight executives.

The role is four days onsite with one remote day, offering a generous base salary and comprehensive benefits within a fast-paced environment serving a premier client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive/VIP tech support preferred, with service mindset.
• Strong Windows, macOS, iOS/Android proficiency and MS 365 expertise.
• Certifications in Microsoft or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for executives and assistants, across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Manage Outlook, calendar delegation, mailbox permissions, and email delivery issues.
• Configure and support board meetings, Teams/Zoom, and conference room AV.
• Imaging, updates, backups, encryption, and lifecycle for executive devices.
• Enforce privileged access practices and secure collaboration for executive teams.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Infra on changes affecting executive services.
• Create concise guides and runbooks; track SLAs/OLAs for executive tickets.
