Job summary

TEKsystems in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk professional to provide high-touch support for executives and leadership, including priority troubleshooting, device readiness, and clear communication throughout resolution.

You will handle Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, printers, and remote access, manage Active Directory accounts, and assist with onboarding, provisioning, and service desk processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, VPN, remote support tools, and user account administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch IT support for C-suite Executives and leadership, including priority troubleshooting and clear communication throughout issue resolution.
• Support hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, printers, remote access, and line-of-business apps; manage user accounts and access requests.
• Own incidents through resolution with timely follow-up and accurate ticket updates.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs.
