Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for an onsite contract position in Newark, Delaware. The role focuses on advanced end-user support, device and asset management, and identity access tasks, with escalation for Level I technicians and strong customer service delivery.

You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, and hardware while maintaining documentation in ServiceNow and supporting both onsite and remote users.

Qualifications

• Provide multi-channel support via Service Desk tickets, Microsoft Teams, phone, and walk-up support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex to complex issues across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel support via Service Desk tickets, Teams, phone, and walk-up support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex to complex issues on Windows 10/11, MS 365 apps, hardware.
• Act as escalation resource for Level I technicians.
• Document incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Assist with device configuration, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Manage user accounts provisioning and access changes.
