HCSC is seeking a high-impact executive IT support specialist to deliver premium technology support for senior leadership. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and configuration issues, and manage AV, streaming, and video conferencing for executive meetings and high-profile events.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to ensure rapid resolution, proactive planning, testing, and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or IT certification and/or college courses with 3 years IT experience or 6 years IT experience.
• Experience with Nexthink.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework and ITSM systems.
• Knowledge of workforce enablement technologies.
• Experience supporting executives with installation, troubleshooting, and daily IT needs.
• Infrastructure domain knowledge including 3rd party solutions.
• Ability to use analytics to improve service and availability.
• Drive incident resolution for executive escalations.
• Experience working with executives in diverse situations.
• Provide front-line executive IT support for most incidents.
• Drive service introductions for simple to medium capabilities.

Responsabilités
