Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an Executive Support Technician I to deliver white glove IT support to providers, executives, and their staff onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities include installation/configuration, AV support for meetings, rapid outage response, and collaboration with HITS teams. Requires experience in healthcare IT, Apple/Microsoft technologies, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in IT support, preferably healthcare IT.
• Experience with Apple iOS/iPadOS/macOS and Apple hardware.
• Proficient with Active Directory, Intune, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support for providers and executives onsite and remotely.
• Install, configure and maintain computing platforms, devices and software.
• Deliver AV support for meetings and events; manage outages promptly.
• Document issues in the service desk system and escalate as needed.
