Job summary

Nordstrom seeks an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove technology support to the executive leadership team and their assistants. This on-site role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong communication with C-suite staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage executive devices, deploy new gear, and support meetings while maintaining confidential information and a high level of service. 5 days/week in the Seattle headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support with executive-level users.
• Expert MacOS and Windows 10/11 knowledge.
• Strong communication and discretion with C-suite staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium IT support to Nordstrom executives and EAs on-site.
• Manage executive devices, apps, and technology systems.
• Respond to urgent issues with minimal disruption.
• Configure and deploy devices (MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android).
• Offer meeting support and remote/onsite assistance as needed.
• Document requests and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with executives.
