Resolution Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver premium IT support to C-suite and senior leaders.

The role combines deep technical knowledge with professional communication to ensure a seamless technology experience across the organization. The person will manage VIP devices, provide on-site and remote support during critical meetings, and coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve issues quickly while maintaining confidentiality and high service

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT Support/Service Desk/Deskside Support experience in corporate environments.
• 3+ years of experience directly supporting executives, board members, and VIPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of networking and network troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting executives, management, or VIP users.
• Expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and iOS platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, mobile OSs, laptops, AV systems, and enterprise tools.
• Excellent communication, patience, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information.
• Professional presence and polished interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• VIP & White-Glove Support: provide premium-level on-site, remote, and direct assistance to executives and VIP users.
• Represent the Face of IT, maintaining professional interactions across the organization.
• Deliver Tier 2 hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tool support.
• Perform workstation deployments, upgrades, imaging, and configuration; support meetings and AV equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems and follow ITIL-aligned processes.
• Track issues, propose long-term improvements, and ensure confidentiality in handling executive data.
