You will support end-user devices, manage access via AD/AAD/Intune/SCCM, and resolve issues onsite and remotely while coordinating with infrastructure teams for escalations and permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support for end-user devices onsite and remote.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, M365, Teams, Outlook, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and deploy OS updates, imaging, and device management.
